We created a fun, drama-free, and ego-free training environment whilst maintaining hi standards and discipline in everything that we do which has proven over time to return lasting improvements and changes both in gym performance and in our members everyday lives. Steve of CrossFit Queenstown is an amazing coach and overall great guy. I came through town on my honeymoon during the CF Open season. My schedule was quite busy and I wasn't able to make it during any of the regular classes, so he offered to come in on a day when they weren't even open to allow me to complete an Open workout and judge me. After the workout we stayed and chatted for about another 45 mins. Great guy and embraces what CF is all about. If your in Queenstown and need to get your WOD in I would definitely recommend going in to CrossFit Queenstown! Thanks Steve!
Training here while on holiday in Queenstown and am incredibly impressed with every aspect of this joint--the coaches, programming, facility, energy...all of it. Not to mention the members were all incredibly friendly! Can't wait to come back on next year's NZ trip.
