CrossFit Queenstown is all about getting you ready for life! Whether you're a University student, a Mum of 3, or retired we believe that no matter what age you are there's nothing stopping you from being the best version of yourself.

As the first and only CrossFit Affiliate in Queenstown, our primary goal since 2012 has been to help you meet your fitness and performance goals through challanging you to work a bit harder than you did the day before to take you one step closer to your goals.

Using functional movements such as pushing, pulling, pressing, hinging, squating, throwing, jumping and running across performance based programmes- in addition to skill work like balance, coordination, flexibility and stability-we build better posture and position in all planes of motion.

In addition, our daily workouts always change and vary in intensity and format to keep you guessing, sweating and coming back for more!

About CrossFit Queenstown

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, military special operations units and tactical teams, martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide but also specifically designed for you and me. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. There is nothing else like it, we are more than just a gym

What makes CrossFit unique?

Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, emergency services, many sports disciplines, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, exploit the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals and professional sports athletes yielding similar results, stronger frames and better engines.

Who's it for? I'm a beginner, can I come along?

We scale load and intensity specific to the individual, meaning everyone can join in any class from beginners to advanced athletes.

We program to achieve results; to increase measurable capacities across multiple domains. We've taken it upon ourselves at CrossFit Queenstown to show our clients their full potential; to educate, motivate and instruct on all levels of fitness.
